BOMA International
Global Alliance is a member of BOMA International and is included in a community of members consisting of building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, medical office building managers, corporate facility managers, asset managers and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties. Collectively, BOMA members own or manage more than 9 billion square feet of commercial properties, which represents more than 80 percent of the prime office space in North America. More than 80 percent of individual members have annual operating budgets exceeding $1 million, while more than 75 percent of individual members are responsible for multiple buildings. BOMA International supports members by communicating the issues, trends, statistics and news of the commercial real estate industry through several of its publications.

Southern Florida Minority Supplier Development Council
The Southern Florida Minority Supplier Development Council registered and certified Global Alliance
EnviroGreen Building Solutions as a minority-owned business. The process ensures that businesses are 51% minority-owned and operated in accordance with the guidelines set by the National Minority Supplier Development Council. The SFMSDC is one of 24 regional councils affiliated with the NMSDC. In order to more effectively carry out its mission, the SFMSDC provides support to Corporate members and MBE affiliates from three offices in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. -
